A Lenten Retreat

Led by Mr Alfred Quah of One Path

The Retreat:

Beginning on Ash Wednesday, Lent marks the 40 days before Easter (excluding Sundays). It is a liturgical season focused on repentance, realignment, and preparation. Most people associate Lent with the practice of “giving something up.” Many of us fast from something (give something up) or take on a practice or do both during Lent.

In this Guided Semi-Silent Lenten retreat, you are invited to rethink Lent through the lens of:

Lent invites us to take a long loving look at our lives to recognize the edges where God is shaping and transforming our journey into sacred pathways that leads us from Ashes to Glory. During the retreat there will be daily spiritual input, spiritual exercises, and spiritual guidance provided for quiet reflection and prayer.

On 6th March, there will be a meeting for retreatants with the Spiritual Director, Alfred Quah for a briefing and preparation.
